Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes, the Free plan is permanently free with no time limit. You get up to 10 reports per month, and you can start instantly with no credit card required.
When does the Free plan's 10-report monthly limit reset?
It resets automatically at midnight on the 1st of each month. Once you hit the limit, upgrade to Team plan for unlimited reports.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards. Annual billing comes with a 20% discount. Invoice billing is also available.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 7 days of payment. After that, your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle and you'll retain access until then.
Which Unity versions are supported?
Unity 2021.3 LTS and above. Install easily via UPM (Unity Package Manager). Compatible with both URP and HDRP.
Is it safe for game code and logs to be sent externally?
Only console logs are transmitted — source code is never sent. All data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest, and TLS 1.2+ is enforced in transit.
Does it affect Unity Editor performance?
Background recording uses a ring buffer, resulting in minimal frame drops. Network is only used when submitting a report.
What happens to my data if the service shuts down?
We will give at least 30 days notice before any shutdown and provide a data export window. The Unity package is open-source, so there is no vendor lock-in.
